Adjustment calculations:

The calculations below are used to adjust the parent averages of the sire and dam (or year of birth defaults if the dam is unknown):

PTA Milk:	= PTA + (Inbreeding % *-40.865)	= Adjusted PTA
PTA Fat:	= PTA + (Inbreeding % *-1.32)	= Adjusted PTA
PTA Protein:	= PTA + (Inbreeding % *-1.353)	= Adjusted PTA
PTA PL:	= PTA + (Inbreeding % *-.214)	= Adjusted PTA
PTA SCS:	= PTA + (Inbreeding % *-0.002)	= Adjusted PTA
PTA Type:	= PTA + (Inbreeding % *-0.002)	= Adjusted PTA
Udder Composite (UDC):	= UDC + (Inbreeding % *-0.002)	= Adjusted UDC
Feet and Leg Composite (FLC):	= PTA + (Inbreeding % *-0.002)	= Adjusted FLC
Economic Impact is $23 loss per percent increase in inbreeding. For example, if the Inbreeding % is 6.5% and the Difference from Breed Average is 2%, the Economic Impact would be $-46.00
Difference from Breed Average inbreeding is the actual inbreeding percentage of the sire/dam combination minus the current breed average inbreeding percentage (approximately 4.5% for Holsteins according to the USDA).
