Holstein Association USA Judges Conferences include judging classes as well as classroom time. Attendees must be at least 22 years of age by day of the conference. A panel of officials will give attendees meeting the minimum requirements a "satisfactory" rating.

Individuals on the Holstein Association USA Judges List must have attended and received a satisfactory rating at a Holstein Association USA Judges Conference within a five-year period.
